I never knew salt could be so delicious. Seriously. The taste of this salt is pure and very fresh, good tasting salt. I bought it with the intention to use on homemade soft pretzels without really considering it for further use. But now it has replaced the normal table salt I used before. You will need a grinder for a finer consistency because it is course salt. Not super small, but definently varied course-sized granules. Perfect for garnishing pretzels, or salted caramel cookies, that kind of thing. But overall, very delicious and well worth the purchase as someone who loves to cook great tasting food.
